Renee said they called her the day the repairs were due to be completed at 4:59 pm to let her know she could pick the vehicle up. The business closed at 6:00 pm, which did not give her enough time to get there. She had to wait until the next day to get it. She had to keep the rental vehicle an extra day and pay for it out-of-pocket.
