Robert said he was not satisfied with his overall experience with this business because when he drove his vehicle away, his vehicle died. Also he mentioned he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because there was a problem with his battery and his vehicle died. He also stated he did not like the way he was treated by this business because of lack of communication.

The notes in the customer's file states that we called him 4 seperate times to update him on the status of the vehicle while in the shop. Unfortunatley the battery did die in his vehicle after he left the shop however we brought the vehicle right back in and charged the battery for him while he waited at no charge.
