David said when this business told him they were going to repair the hood he knew by looking at the damage it would be better for them to order a new hood, but when they asked him to put an after market hood on he told him no. When he got his vehicle back he could tell where the vehicle had been damaged on the hood. Even though his vehicle was ready in 30 days, as they promised, he had to return his rental on day 30 because that's when his insurance stopped paying for it, and he picked up his vehicle 1 day late because he had turned in his rental, and didn't have transportation for a day. It cost $8,000 to repair his vehicle, and he suggested Mr. Boch should give free detailing when the cost is so high to make the customers feel better getting into a clean vehicle. He also suggested Mr. Boch should have his customers pick up their vehicles at his affiliate dealership rather than this business, because customers might want to purchase a new vehicle after the repairs. Brian was the person who helped him with everything, and he was very professional and listened to all of his concerns. When he first dropped off his vehicle he mentioned he would like to get his vehicle inspected, and Brian remembered the inspection. He appreciated Brian having the vehicle inspected for him.
