When the vehicle was dropped off, based on the original appraisal, the repairs would take approximately 1 week to repair. Once the vehicle was taken in and dissassembled additional damage was found. Once the additional damage was found the insurance company had been notified. We had to wait for their approval on the additional damage before we could move forward. Once this additional damage was found the customer was notified. Due to the additional damage found it took an additional week to repair. It was no one's fault for the delay, simply the time to repair all the damages.
