Kevin said a plastic cover was taken off the hood before the vehicle was serviced, but they forgot to put it back on after the vehicle was serviced and now he has to go back to have the cover put back on.

With this customer, unfortunatley we did forget to put the cover on and the customer will have to return to us. We apologize for any inconvienence.
