Tracy said he had to bring the vehicle back in to the facility because there was an issue with the fuel pump they were supposed to take care of but it was not addressed at all. The issue has since been resolved. The subsequent visit took an additional week to finish and it was really inconvenient and frustrating. He said it has also caused an issue with his rental vehicle and he is still fighting with the rental vehicle company about it.
