John said the driver's window sticks and the driver's side headlight has scratches on it. They did not set a due date. They couldn't open the hood at first because they were afraid it might not close and he didn't get a full estimate. He got a rental vehicle and they called when his vehicle was ready. They found additional damage after they opened the hood, so the work took a little longer than expected. He said he didn't get a full report of all the damage until after the work was completed. He said he knows Toyota stands behind their work, so he'll go back and have them take a look at the vehicle.
