Michelle said her experience with the facility was good but it did take longer than she expected. She was originally told it would be done by Thursday or Friday but it did not get finished until the following Tuesday. She does not know for sure the reason for the delay but there was a snow storm during that time. A phone call or email would have been nice to get.
