Spoke with Kim. She said the bumper came out better than she had expected. She knew they would know what it's supposed to look like and fix it right. She had bought her vehicle there. She had asked a representative to buff out the scratches that were on her vehicle when she bought it. He told her it would be no problem, but then they didn't do it. They only washed her vehicle. They had her vehicle 3 to 4 days. She said she was disappointed they didn't do it but she would be happy to come in if they want to buff out the scratches.
