Dirceu said he asked the woman who helped him with everything if they could paint a scratch on his bumper unrelated to the accident. She told him no problem, and it would be free because they would use the same paint they were using for the rest of his vehicle. When his vehicle was returned, the scratch on the bumper hadn't been painted. Aside from the above, everything else this business did was good.
