Robert said he rated this business as a 3 because he had to do a lot of chasing around when it came to his rental vehicle and he would not return to this business. He rated the quality of the repair as a 6 because only the damaged area was painted and there was a definite line between the original and repainted areas. He would have repainted the entire hatchback to prevent this. He said he would not recommend this facility to others as it is too far away.

Our rental company is located 1 mile up the street from us, rentals must be returned to the rental office to be checked in, once checked in our rental company will drop the customer off at the Collision Center to pick up their vehicle. The paint line between the newly refinished panels and original panels is due to fading and a lack of care on the exterior of the vehicle.
