Erica said her experience was really good and the facility staff was prompt. She does need to get back in when she is in the area because of a scratch on the hood made by the facility and a spill of wax inside the vehicle. Other than those two issues, everything was pretty great. She said the repairs were delayed two days due to the insurance company having to come back out. The facility missed a certain aspect of the repairs so her vehicle was ready end of day Friday instead of the Wednesday it was promised.
