Ray said there was not a promised time for delivery of the vehicle but it was done in a reasonable time. They did a great job and the only thing he was disappointed in was the lack of wax and buffing he was told would be done. When he feels the surface of the vehicle it does not feel like that was done. Everything else was completely satisfactory.
