Kelly said the person she worked with called the day before and said her vehicle was going to be ready soon. She did not hear from him. She returned her rental and when she got there it wasn't done. He made her feel like an idiot because he said he didn't call her. He had called 24 hours earlier to say her vehicle was almost ready. It was not ready when promised due to the reasons mentioned and he had ordered the wrong wheel cover. She chose not to elaborate on how much later it was then promised.
