Nirav said he was under the impression that all the repairs done to his vehicle would be charged to the insurance company, but he was charged separately for tire rotations. He said he thinks the business could be more competitive with their prices and they should send him coupons considering how much money he spends with them. He would not recommend this business due to the reasons mentioned.
