Lydia said the work done on her vehicle was good. She would have liked some communication concerning when the vehicle was to be ready. She had to make numerous calls that were not returned to inquire about the delay. A call was made to her after a few days that the parts were delayed and the vehicle was late by two days. She has gone to the business many times and this was a first in the communication breakdown. She stated that it will not keep her from going back to the business.
