Jeff said he was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because when the vehicle was being painted it was done in a heated room, which made his driver's side mirror blurry. They admitted that it was their fault, but they did not do anything about it.

Jeff’s wife brought the vehicle back after a couple of weeks of taking possession saying that the mirror was leaking glue. The file handler went out with the vehicle owner and verified that there was something coming from the mirror, but was uncertain as to what it was or why it was leaking. I know Jeff’s wife personally and the problem with the mirror was a puzzle. There was a misunderstanding between Jeff’s wife and the file handler regarding the “bake cycle” would have caused the glue to leak. Unfortunately this was conveyed to Jeff and hence the poor review. After doing some research, the internet provided information on 2002 Yukon Denali’s mirror with a sprung leak. The mirrors have a self dimming feature that requires them to have oil inside them. When they start to leak, you see the normal image and the self dimmed image or two images. It leaks out the bottom of the mirror and onto the door. I called the owner and let her know what information I found that explained the problem and offered to help locate a cost effective replacement mirror.
