Darrell said he had them do work before and it's always been a good experience. Anything he asks them to check over they have done without adding cost. After the repair was done there was a noise and he asked them to check it out. They looked and found the noise wasn't related to the accident, and they were happy to do that. They were good at keeping him informed. Darrell stated he usually calls quite a bit and they let him know what's going on, and then they call him when it's ready. The estimator did a great job. They were really nice and wanted to make sure he was satisfied with everything.
