James said he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because the work completed on the front end is not up to his satisfaction. He called the insurance company, and he explained everything to the insurance representative. The representatives at the business are not agreeing to complete the work properly on the front end. There are safety issues with the steering. James stated if the steering on the inside of the vehicle has an issue, it may be bent and weak. He is waiting to hear back from the third-party insurance representative after they get in touch with the supervisor, sometime this evening or tomorrow morning. Then they also recommended it was his duty to take it to the dealership to determine whether or not the seat issue was a fault by the accident. As a result, James stated it was not proper of the business, it should be a part of the estimate. He rated his overall experience with the business a 2, because of the reasons above. Also, because he had a previous repair service, and had similar problems with the business. He wasn't completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel, because of the reasons above. He would not recommend the business for repair services, because of the reasons above.
