Cynthia said this business did a great job on the repair. A problem developed after she left the business and went to have the brakes checked elsewhere. She looked for the lug nut key and it was nowhere to be found so she went right back to the business and there it was. Cynthia's concern was, if two months down the road she needed to change a tire, she said she would have no idea where the key was. She went back to the business and asked if someone there was going to call her about the key and she was told no. She was told the business deals with so many vehicles a day they just wait to see who shows up looking for the key. Cynthia said it could be a real problem if the key is not returned with the vehicle.
