Left me waiting with no update
I brought my vehicle in for an alignment. I checked in and then went to go eat lunch and buy a couple of things. About 20 minutes after I left I got a notification that they had started. An hour and 20 minutes later, I decided to walk back to the store. I saw my vehicle sitting in the parking lot. I asked why I hadn't gotten a notification that it was done and they said that the system doesn't send notifications about alignments but someone should have called. No one did. My receipt said that my service was complete 28 minutes before I came back. Once I checked out, I got a notification that my vehicle was done. You wasted half an hour of my day off because either your system doesn't work or people don't do their jobs. I doubt I'll be back.
