Rebecca that is one of our biggest problems with most car manufactures. Because of times being the way they are, dealers don't stock as many parts as they use to. With that being said we do the best we can with what is available without compromising Quality. (It took us 6 weeks to get exhaust for a 2011 saab) That is sad.

Always caring
We took our car in for a simple oil change before our trip for vacation. It was a last minute request and they were able to fit us in. In the process of doing a safety inspection the technician found our tires were badly worn.They were able to get us new tires and install them complete with an alignment even at the last minute. Bravo for taking care of the little things. I felt MUCH safer on our trip. Thank you.
