Officially the best shop around.
Well, I will make it this short. These guys know how to treat people. This was my first experience with this shop and definitely will not be the last. They were extremely attentive to my needs, listened before offering a solution and actually fixed the issue. And they did all of this with clear communication and within my budget. From the beginning they give you a several page email with pictures explaining what is good and what is not so good with your vehicle. I was given options with pricing, and even a level of importance on what problems to tackle. In my 20+ years of car ownership, I have never had such a positive experience at a mechanic.
