Spoke with Dana. She said she had never been to this business before, the woman in the front reception area was the first to help her and she was quick and extremely honest. The woman gave her a few suggestions to try to see if the problem she had could have been handled without spending money. When she went back she was in and out quickly and the woman was fabulous. She said they could have gone to another business for the same amount of money, but they wanted her to make an appointment and they're quite far away. This business got her in right away, even at the end of the day. The woman was fabulous. She said she was very nice and she was really funny. They talked the whole time while the new battery was being put in. It was terrific.
