Customer service when you can reach a live person.
Customer service is a priority for me. However, it is very flustrating trying to reach personnel and getting a phone that the voice mail is full and you can not leave a message. Than when you do reach a live person they explain how many phone calls are waiting for a response that it seems almost impossible that you will get a response back. In fact, I made the comment that maybe the company needs to hire more people to answer the huge influx of phone calls.
