The Best Auto shop in Augusta / Evans PERIOD
Finding a great auto repair facility and great mechanics is like finding a good doctor or attorney. When you find one you stay with them. I have doing business with Buffalo Brakes for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. But they have also saved me thousands of dollars. Unlike most repair shops when they find a issue they don't take advantage of the customer and go ahead and fix the issue. They tell you what the issue is and tell you it doesn't need to be fixed now but needs to addressed at some point. I appreciate this and it is one of the main reasons I am a loyal customer of Buffalo Brakes.

There prices are fair and usually lower than the competition and in all my years of doing business with them I have NEVER had to bring any of vehicles back because they fix the problem the first time. I have three vehicles and Buffalo Brakes maintains all of them.

I would highly recommend any car repairs or maintenance anyone has to allow Buffalo Brakes the opportunity to earn your business. I am confident once you let them serve you you will not go anywhere else.

Chris said the facility flushed out the radiator. They replaced the cap on the plastic container and charged him $26 for it. He did not get an explanation for why the original cap was replaced. He's a repeat customer, all was fine other than this, but he is not recommending them for this reason.

Lori said she has put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. She went in for an oil change and the business put in a scented filter into her vehicle without her permission. She has family who has allergies, so when she called the business to ask what that smell was the person she spoke with got really defensive and rude with her. They told her that no one else complained. She returned to have them put in a non scented filter, and she was charged a small fee for an air spray inside the vehicle, which she also did not agree to. She stated she feels they had bad customer service.
