Staff always friendly, pleasant and welcoming. All, actually, listen to any Issues customers present....and gives sound advice and help. Questions answered, service provided, never disappointed.
Have been customer for almost twenty years !!! If I did not receive excellent customer service....with all the change of staff throughout the years.....I certainly would not have been a customer for this length of time !!!

You can not ask for better people.
As always the people and the service are great . Oil change, rotate tires, and check it all over you can not beat the price and I know it is done right. The wife , our dog and myself feel right at home in the waiting room, in fact the waiting room experience is more relaxed than when we go to see family. The coffee is good and you feel welcomed by everyone.

Service sucks... Customer service is horrible.
This was the worst service I have ever had. The rep taking in my vehicle and checking it out was extremely rude. They are not very accommodating for appointments and only offer drop off shuttle service, no pick up.

Ok quick visit
Came in for a software update. Initial desk guy wasn't very personable but I got in at my appt. time. Have always had excellent sales experiences but the service guys at the desk aren't particularly talkative...so if you want an explanation of what was done, you better ask. That being said service repairs were always completed as requested and I've always been satisfied.
