I have only been here 2 times, but in both experiences, they have gone above and beyond what was required of them. And each time, as I was sitting in the lobby area waiting on my vehicle, I could see and hear them doing that for every other customer they had. As a female, there is always a sense of insecurity when dealing with mechanics; are they going to try and get over on me? I can say for sure I feel 100% secure in knowing I'm getting exactly what is needed. They warranty their work, and if you have any issues, they stand by their work and will take the necessary steps to make sure your satisfied.
