John said he waited a lot longer than he expected and this facility does not have an adequate waiting area. He only recommends this business for oil changes with coupons.

I talked with John and he said that his car didn't get in the shop right away like he expected but his car was done in the 45 minutes we had told him up front.
As for the waiting area, it does seat 4 people, but sometimes we do have more people waiting than what our waiting area will hold and until I can expand, I'm afraid that's all the room I have. The good news is we do get busy enough that sometimes our waiting area is not big enough.
