Very friendly people, and great coupon but the oil change took over an hour. The lady sitting next to me said she had been there over an hour and half for one oil change. I really didn't want to sit there that long, for something that could have taken 20 minutues somewhere else. Nice people, but only go there if you have time to sit around.

I am extremely sorry this oil change took this long. This is not normal. We strive to do oil changes in 45 minutes or less. We did get backed up when Ms. Talley came in and then when working on her car we found several issues with the vehicle that made it unsafe to drive and we wanted to go over those items with her.
