Brenda said she is not a completely satisfied customer and she would rate the overall experience with a 4 because her vehicle was not ready when promised and she was not told that it was going to take an additional week for the repair. Therefore, the vehicle was not ready when promised it was one week late. She was told that it was an insurance company delay, which caused a delay getting the parts. She also said there is still a lever that is broken on the vehicle that raises the seat. Brenda was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call them to get updated because they did not call her. She was not involved in the preparation of the estimate.
