John said he rated the overall experience with the business a 4, because there is a parts issue. He has not spoken with a representative, however he does plan on calling the business at his earliest convenience. On the invoice, it shows they ordered a part, but they never said anything regarding the ordered part. At this time, the quality of the repair service is yet to be determined, because there is 1 more thing they need to complete with the ordered sensor part. The person, who prepared his estimate, performed a pretty good job. The way he was treated by the personnel was fine. He was not completely satisfied with the shop's communication, because they should have given him a status update after a couple of hours. Also the business could serve him better by making sure they list all of the different repair services on the invoice. He was advised they completed a tire rotation, but the invoice doesn't list the tire rotation as being a completed service at the business.
