Judi said she told them she was not in a hurry to receive her vehicle back because she had another one. They had told her that because of the extensive damaged they could not give her a exact promised date. Everyone was extremely helpful and awesome. Even through the estimator took pictures of the damage on the hood he forgot to include them in the estimate. He took the time to make sure the vehicle was estimated to the proper value. The whole thing was handled so wonderfully. One of the wheel covers was missing and the employee said maybe it was lost when she was driving it in to the business. She assured him it was there before she left and he went to the back to get a replacement. She said she thought that was very nice of him. Steve was keeping her updated to the status of her vehicle and suggested for her to go on the website to get a coupon for $250 off deductible. The coupon expired on March 31st and she dropped off her vehicle on March 13th. Even though it had expired he was nice enough to validate it for her. She really appreciates everything everyone did for her.
