I had the appointment on 12/27/18 for oil-filter-lube service. At the conclusion of the appointment, Kevin Grant, owner, stated that he personally checked out the car & drove it to make sure that all was done correctly.
He also gave me what boiled down to a free inspection of brakes and informed me that I'd need that service soon since it's been quite some time since this has been done. I really appreciated his concern which I might add, in my opinion, is truly honest and without pressure.
