Spoke with Sandra's husband. He said he was upset with this business because there was a spot on the bumper that they would not fix because they were not sure if it was a part of the accident. He thought it was petty that they wanted him to pay for it after already having $5,000 in repair work done. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to call them. He also said there was no communication. He wouldn't recommend this business because of the experience he had at this visit.
