Daniel said he would rate this business a -5. He said they only contacted him once and the work they performed was not done correctly. They had called him and told him the work was done, but he called 3 days later and was told there were complications and the work had not been completed. He chose not to elaborate further. He said he complained to GM directly and he is working with Triple A to get this business taken off of their preferred list. His insurance company prepared the estimate. He said originally the work was supposed to be completed in 7 days. He would not recommend this business to others, but he chose not to elaborate further.
