Chiquita said she was very much completely satisfied with her visit with the business. This business polished up her vehicle and presented it to her very nicely. She was not provided with a definite promise time and chose not to evaluate the issue. She was only provided 1 phone call during the experience to inform her the vehicle was ready for pick up. She was dissatisfied that she was not kept up to date with repairs. She was satisfied with the business communication except for not having been kept up to date. She suggested this business keep doing what they are doing because they were excellent in everything.
