Dan said he hit a deer and some damage occurred on the driver side door and fender. He has no problem with the quality of the work done. When he dropped off his vehicle, it was running fine. But when he came to this business to pick up his vehicle, it was running rough and the engine light came on. He then explained the situation to this business and was told they wouldn't fix it. What could be done though is this business can perform a diagnostic to see as to what the cause of the problem is. It was decided to have it fixed somewhere else and the problem had to do with having a bad coil pack. A call was received to notify he can pick up his vehicle, but he didn't get a call during the process to notify him as to what was happening. He's not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because besides being told of the charge of the $80 for a diagnosis, he received no call to keep him updated about the status of his vehicle. Even when he came back to this business to get his vehicle back, it should have been made known it wasn't running good prior too. Overall, he's wondering why a call wasn't made to him to notify his vehicle wasn't running right. An offer was made to drive him home, but he decided to have his wife pick him up. The reason he wouldn't recommend this business to others is due to the experience.
