Rebecca said there was a lot of miscommunication with this business and the insurance company. She said the work took about a week longer than promised, but she chose not to elaborate. When she picked her vehicle up the door would not shut. She said they should not have deemed the vehicle to be in driveable condition. They did not keep her informed during the repair process and she had to call for updates. She was not satisfied with the business' communication. She said she plans to come back to have the issue resolved. She will not recommend this business based on this experience.
