Angelica said she did not have a good experience. She said her vehicle was delayed a couple of times because of parts when the business told her they would have the parts in plenty of time. She said the vehicle was ready 3 or 4 days late and she received no calls except on the day it was ready. She said she was disappointed that she did not receive any calls or offers to help her out some other way. She said because of this experience she would not recommend this business to others.

She was called and we left messages on 3-27-13 and 3-29-13 for her to call to schedule repairs. She showed up on 4-1-13 and dropped off, she was told that we would try for friday 4-5-13, but could not gaurantee it because it was actually about a 9 day repair, she was called on Friday, 4-5-13 and told that her vehicle would be done on monday 4-8-13 because we were waiting for a couple of additional parts that were found after tear down, so I don't know how she figures we were 3-4 days late, we only had her vehicle 6 working days, and when she dropped her vehicle off, it was late in the afternoon.
