Evelyn said she was kept adequately informed during the repair but she did call to check a few times. She chose them because they were on her insurance list but also because they're affiliated with a quality dealership. She stated she felt happy to know they were on the list so she'd have a chance to deal with them. She was very pleased with her experience and they were very friendly. When she expressed interest in a possible purchase Harold offered to help and referred her to someone in sales right away. Evelyn stated she felt very privileged to have this experience with them, and felt they were one of the top businesses just because they are Cadillac. Harold was the person she worked with and he was really good.
