Sean said this business wasn't as on the ball as the GMC dealership where he recently had other work done. This business didn't call him to let him know the parts had arrived. They should be more proactive. The other business's parts arrived within one day and he was called right away.

Mr Duffy is actually refering the the work he had done in the service dept, not the body shop
