Donna said this business was very helpful in listening to her concerns over the phone so she did not have to drive over there because she was in the hospital a few days after the vehicle was brought in for the accident repair. Everything she asked and had concerns about, this business already had plans to do. They made all the arrangements to return her vehicle for her because she could not drive, and they arranged for the return of the rental vehicle. They went above and beyond what they had to do, and really helped her out. Even though she is not driving it yet, her vehicle looks very nice. No promise date was given because they knew she was in the hospital, and it may have been a couple days longer than the ballpark estimate with the massive ice storm, but she was satisfied with the time frame. She was treated very well, especially for some unusual circumstances. Nobody likes to have to have a repair done, especially for a brand new vehicle, but it was not a horrible experience because they comforted her throughout the process.
