Loretta said the customer service needs to improve because they led her to believe some things that were not true regarding the rental vehicle. She was not contacted about the repair. The estimate was $1500 and she took it to the insurance company and they told her there were some unspecified things in the estimate that were not necessary, so it was way off. She was not satisfied with the treatment and communication because she told them she needed a rental vehicle and wanted a Cadillac because it was a large size vehicle. The person told her she could not have a Cadillac and tried to give her a Chevrolet Malibu, which was not going to work for her. She was told she could have a Buick La Crosse and was led to believe the vehicle would be waiting for her. Someone had to pick her up and take her to Enterprise and she was given a Toyota, which is not a large size vehicle. She ended up with a Ford Fusion. The customer service is just not there and they act as if they are doing the customer a favor.
