Charles said they charged him $89 for a used hubcap, but that is the price for a new one. He said all of the things that were taken out of his vehicle were left inside the cap. He was not satisfied with the quality because he is still having problems with the trunk and he has to work at it to open it. The antenna is longer than the original. He would not recommend this business for the above reasons. The vehicle was ready on time, but he had to take it back a second time when the parts came in. The person that did the estimate was from Import Rental and he was charged $89 for them to deliver the vehicle to the facility. He said he believes he was overcharged $250 for the rental and he wishes he had been given an option about where to take his vehicle.
