Bergundy said she was supposed to get her vehicle back between 3 and 5 days, but she didn't get it back for a week and a half. She wasn't given a reason for the delay. She pointed out not once did anyone call her with an update, which she didn't like. While her vehicle was being worked on she called this business's service department, because she wanted them to do a diagnostic. Matt from the service department is the only person she got an update from. Matt went out of his way to get the update for her. Bergundy commented the work this business did was good, and they cleaned her vehicle before returning it to her.
