Gary said he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had service work done first, then paint work. He said the service advisor has no control as to how the body shop coordinates their paint work. It wasn't their fault. He said he had an extra vehicle so it didn't matter. There was no estimate. He had warranty work done.
