Thessley said the vehicle they repaired was almost brand new but when it was returned to him there was a rattle in the left front wheel and the garage door opener no longer worked. They did fix the rattle in the wheel and reprogrammed the garage door opener but it still does not work. He knows they took off the headliner in the vehicle, which could have something to do with the garage door opener. The vehicle was ready about two weeks later than promised due to additional damage found. He was not happy about that because it cost more money for the rental vehicle. He was kept adequately informed during the repair process but only because he went to this business for information when needed. He would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. Although the personnel were very courteous and treated him nice he was not satisfied. He mentioned the vehicle belongs to a church and the Pastor has not had time to return and have the garage door opener fixed.
