Casara said she would rate her overall experience with the business a 2.5 because they did not finish her vehicle when she brought it in for repairs. The business told her it was dark in the shop and they did not see the scratches in the door. She also said she was not completely satisfied with the communication because they did not tell her that they missed the scratches when she picked up the vehicle. She would like to request that someone give her a call regarding this issue.

We did not write the estimate on this vehicle, her insurance co did, when she pointed out the scratches we took care of them, this was done even before this survey was done
