Chris said he rated them a 2 for his overall experience because they did not fix his vehicle. Something was spilt on the console of his vehicle, and they were not able to fix it or tell him what was wrong with it. He said he has to take his vehicle back. He chose not to elaborate on it. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because of the reason mentioned above. He chose not to answer if he was kept adequately informed during the repair process and chose not to elaborate on it. Chris chose not to answer if he was satisfied with the shop's communication and chose not to elaborate on it. He would not recommend them because of the reasons mentioned.

The insurance company did not approve the repairs that wasn't fixed. We got Chris's car back in the shop and replaced these parts on our own. The console damage is something that wasn't done here in our shop.
